To commemorate this special day we remember those in the armed forces both past and present. As the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK CVO MC (Retd) commented; today is also a day to honour the medical professionals and emergency services members who fight fires, protect and save lives and ensuring we win the war against our new enemy -COVID 19.
